Swim Meet Entry Guidelines

1. All swimmers should sign up for meets at the beginning of each swim season. (If you did not register for a meet and there is room, you may be able to sign up later.)

2. Coaches will enter your swimmer in the individual and relay events.

3. The Line-Up will be posted on the Bulletin Board at each pool about a week before the meet.

4. Meet Line-Up’s can also be found on the Ozaukee Aquatics web site.

5. Please let the coach know immediately if YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING A MEET!

- Submit in writing to your Coach any change in meet attendance plans and CALL 262-375-1300 OZ Swim Office.

- If it is a 2 day meet and you are only attending ONE DAY, NOTIFY the Coach and Office. We can use your swims for other swimmers waiting to get into this meet, but we need to know ASAP.

- **You will be charged for the meet unless we hear from you before the meet entry deadline.
