His Philosophy can be summed up by the “Three F’s”. Fun, Fit and Fast. Coach Gwidt’s swimmers have fun because they are fit which makes them swim fast! He understands the pressures young swimmers face and what it takes to help them reach their goals. Coach Gwidt’s practices incorporate dry land, cross training, technique development, and drills combined with increasing yardage and competition appropriate to the swimmers’ age.
