2010 Annual Flower Sale Fundraiser

  • Fill in both the customers name and the swimmer name and phone number
  • Checks are made payable to Ozaukee Aquatics
  • The customer must pay in full at the time of order.
  • Return all orders and checks to Fundraiser mail box by April 23, 2010.

Pick-up

  • Flower pick up is Saturday Morning on May 15 at Homestead High School Parking lot.(10:00 - 12:00)

Congratulations to the State Swimmers!!!

The Ozaukee Aquatics Swim Club had its best performance to date in the 12 –Under State Short Course Swimming Championships held in Madison Feb 26-28, 2010. The Club took home the 3rd Place State Trophy for the 11-12 Girls Age Group and the 5th Place Overall State Trophy out of 46 teams with 700 total points!

            There were a number of great individual/team accomplishments in the meet some of which are: Jessica Short’s 3rd place in the11-12 Girls Individual Class.  The 11-12 Girls 200 Medley Relay 1st Place (Jessica Short, Allie Petersen, Natalie Keshemberg, Katie Drabot), 400 Medley Realy 1st Place ( Jessica Short, Allie Petersen, Natalie Keshemberg, Katie Drabot), 200 Free Relay 2nd Place(Allie Barber, Katie Drabot, Allie Petersen, Jessica Short ) and the 400 Free Relay 2nd Place (Katie Drabot, Natalie Keshemberg, Allie Barber, Jessica Short).  The 11-12 Boys 200 Medley Relay 12th Place(Chris Eckhardt, Jackson Senczyszyn, Jordan Johnson, Gabe Wray), 400 Medley Relay 9th Place ( Chris Eckhardt, Jackson Senczyszyn, Jordan Johnson, Gabe Wray), 200 Free Relay 13th (Jordan Johnson, Chris Eckhardt, Charles Hayes, Gabe Wray) and the 400 Free Realy 12th Place ( Chris Eckhardt, Jordan Johnson, Charles Hayes, Gabe Wray).

            The 10 under Girls 200 Medley Relay 3rd Place ( Mallory Fox, Lillie Hosack, Amanda Rychtik, Skylar Fore) . The 10 under Boys 200 Medley Relay 16th place ( Drew Horter, Ignacio Morales, Joshua Churchill, Zach Teplin ) and 200 Free Relay 14th Place ( Zach Teplin, Matthew Hartlieb, Drew Horter, Jushua Churchill). There were numerous other 1st – 16 place performances throughout the weekend (see complete results).

            Other Ozaukee Aquatics Placers and Participants were 11-12 Girls Daniella Peters, Kaylee Biermann, Shea Allen , Ella Hosack, Rachel Paulmann and Carrisa Herbert.  Also, 10 under Girls Madeline Barber, Jenna Short, Maddy Glynn and Cassie Schenker. The Ozaukee Aquatics Age Group Program is Lead By Head Coach Mark Gwidt , Lead Assistant Megan Olson and many other outstanding coaches. The Club has 150-200 members strong with a Learn to Swim Program as well.

  Welcome to Ozaukee Aquatics!

Ozaukee Aquatics (OZ) is a registered member of United States Swimming (USS), under the jurisdiction of the Local Swimming Committee (LSC), Wisconsin Swimming. We are committed to providing a high caliber swim team participating on a National, Regional and Local Level to serve the competitive swimming needs of the Cedarburg, Grafton, Mequon and Port Washington Area.

Ozaukee Aquatics provides competitive swimming from the novice, or beginning level through the national and master level. Our professional coaching staff works with the swimmers, encouraging them to achieve the highest level of accomplishment individually and as a team through directed improvement of swimming skills, confidence, self motivation, goal setting and personal accountability.

Ozaukee Aquatics is headed by Co- Head Coaches Steve Keller and Mark Gwidt and a staff of well qualified coaches and assistants.  The board of directors of Ozaukee Aquatics serves to assist the coaches in reaching the goals of the swim team and with the day to day business of running the program.

News from the Coach Mark

Coach Mark will be running a start and turn clinic on  March 22nd 4-5pm and Wed, March 24 4-5pm.

These clinics are open to only Age Group and Junior Level swimmers. There are 10 spots available for each time slot.
